This home was one of our proudest achievements—designed for clients who wanted to blend mountain-modern aesthetics with luxury and performance. Positioned on the 15th fairway at Tetherow, we built this 3,320 sq ft home to capture unobstructed golf course and Cascade mountain views.

Inside, we brought warmth and intention to every detail: vaulted ceilings with exposed woodwork, a smart layout with the primary suite and office on the main level, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and premium appliances. The upper floor adds two bedrooms, a bonus room, and uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

Solar panels and home automation were integrated early in the design process to future-proof the build—combining sustainability with long-term comfort.
